We want to ensure that no one turns down a place on the Summer Academy due to the cost.

We have a bursary fund that supports students and their families dependent on their situation.

We have a fixed amount allocated for bursaries in our budget and we will look at each application on a case by case basis. We allocate partial bursaries wherever possible, totalling a percentage of the fee.

Bursary levels for 2019/20:

  • Household income under £16,190 (the level at which you receive free prescriptions and free school meals) = 90% where possible
  • Household income between £16,190 and £42,875 = partial bursary where possible
